A Commitment to Our Values

Evoke Transformation

We are open to deep learning that spurs growth, and the result is transformation. We transform as individuals, nonprofits transform, and through our collective transformations, we transform Boulder County.

Multiply Impact

The nonprofits we work with are already making an impact. Our role at SVP is to bring the tools and resources to multiply nonprofits’ impact.

Build Community

People are the heart of our work. We learn together, work together, grow together, and share our passions with one another. We are building a colorful, tightly woven fabric of community in Boulder County.

Invite and Include

Giving someone a seat at the table is not enough. We know that our work needs diverse voices, so we actively invite people of all backgrounds into our work and ask them what inclusion looks like to them. We are constantly making changes to how we operate to become more inclusive.

Contribute and Receive Generously

Reciprocity drives our work. We learn as much from the nonprofits we work with as they benefit from working with us.

Quality Matters

We hold each other accountable to high quality work. Our nonprofits deserve nothing less.
