Nonprofit Executive Coaching: Now Accepting Clients

As a capacity builder for Boulder County’s nonprofit sector, SVP works to strengthen organizations through a mix of education, leadership support, and consulting. Hearing the need for leadership support among our sector’s Executives and Director-level staff, SVP launched an executive coaching program in 2015.

Called Execs Evolve, it matches trained executive coaches with director-level nonprofit clients in dyads that meet 10-12 times over half a year. Clients are matched with a coach, identify goals for their work together, and then connect in person, virtually, or by telephone to achieve them. The program also includes additional peer support and networking opportunities.

Professional development matters. Research shows opportunities to increase these sorts of professional skills positively impacts job satisfaction, morale, and motivation; results in process efficiencies and strategic innovation, and other positive results.

Interested director-level staff are encouraged to register by January 27th, 2017. Learn more on our website, and join us for an info session coming up on January 12, 2017 @ 10-11:00am or on January 18, 2017 @ 3-4:00pm (click either date/time option to reserve your spot).
