What we’re reading: Culture Fit vs. Culture Add

With our Partner members and nonprofit participants in mind, we’re always on the lookout for trends and innovations in the nonprofit sector.

In a recent newsletter from the National Council of Nonprofits, a discussion about “culture fit” vs. “culture add” caught our attention.
