Empower Boulder County on Colorado Gives Day

Colorado Gives Day is an annual collective giving effort where individuals across the state unite to empower local nonprofits. With over 3,400 participating nonprofits, Colorado Gives Day has grown to become Colorado’s largest 24-hour giving movement, raising more than $53 million for Colorado nonprofits in 2022. This year, every donation made from November 1 through December 5 on ColoradoGives.org counts towards Colorado Gives Day and is amplified thanks to the $1 million Incentive Fund.

Working in the community for over two decades, SVP Boulder County remains steadfast in our commitment to building meaningful community relationships to strengthen Boulder County’s nonprofit sector. The support of our Partners and donors enables SVP to respond swiftly to the evolving needs of Boulder County nonprofits. By contributing on Colorado Gives Day, December 5, you play a role in sustaining our community impact, with three essential goals at the forefront of our mission:

  1. Creating Connections: Uniting nonprofit leaders, SVP Partners, government officials, and community members to better understand how we can collectively support and invest in community-led solutions.
  2. Community Microgrants: Aspiring to repurpose 100% of our earned income into community microgrants, we aim to invigorate local initiatives and reinforce grassroots efforts.
  3. Capacity Building: Providing impactful capacity-building support to equip nonprofits with the skills and resources necessary for growth and sustained success.

Your commitment today resonates far beyond a single contribution—it echoes in the strengthened fabric of our community, the resilience of our nonprofits, and the realization of a brighter future for Boulder County. Together, we can shape a community that thrives.
